WARRENTON, VIRGINIA SENIOR SESSION BY A NORTHERN VIRGINIA SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER

Sidney’s senior session last week at Airlie couldn’t have been more perfect! It was a bit cloudy but we still got some sun that’s enough to give Sidney that dreamy flattering glow! Plus, the air was a little breezy but not too uncomfortably cold.

Sidney perfectly chose all her outfits. I love how she chose a cropped top with jeans for a casual look and a striped jumpsuit and floral dress with flared sleeves paired with nude sandals for dressier looks. And what can I say, she looked absolutely gorgeous in each of the outfits!

Before our session, Sidney shared that although she’s excited for her senior portraits, she was also nervous because she hasn’t had professional photos taken before. But looking at the pictures I took of her, didn’t she rock her senior session?! Seriously, I only had to guide her a few times, and most of the time, she already knew what to do with her hands and feet during the shoot. It’s like she was reading my mind!

It was my first time shooting at Airlie in Warrenton, Virginia and I can tell you right now that this will certainly not be my last. Every spot that they have is picture-perfect! The formal garden, the butterfly garden, the lake, even the front & back of the Airlie house has a lot of beautiful spots to take pictures at!

Sidney & Stephanie – Thank you so much for trusting me to capture Sidney’s senior photos. I had such a great time with both of you! I enjoyed watching how you two interact with each other; the closeness & relationship that you have with each other is such a joy to see. It makes me wish that when my kids are older, we’ll be as close as you two are!

Sidney – I wish you nothing but the best senior year ever! Good luck with choosing which university to go to; whichever one you choose, I’m sure your college years are going to be epic! And I hope you get to do anything you want, just like what your chalkboard says! 🙂
